CONTRACT WILL INCLUDE: Foundation – P.S.I per plan. 1. 4” Conventional slab as noted on the plans/soils report. 2. Shall include all trenching work (Footings and pier footings only) 3. All footing depth per plan and per the soils report provided. 4. All slab prep work shall be as per the foundation plan and soils report. 5. Soils report: Concrete slab on Grade should be underlain by a Water vapor retarder. The water vapor retarder should consist of a vapor retarder sheeting underlain by a minimum of 3” compacted, clean, gravel of ¾ inch maximum size. 6. Shall include all metal hardware (anchor bolts, holdowns, with nut & washer) 7. Shall include wire dobie concrete bricks. 8. All pumping is included in the contract price. 9. No calcium chloride or additives to be used without prior written authorization from Owner. 10. Install UFER ground per code. ¾” Rebar. 11. Saw cut the slabs at the green stage just beneath the plates to reduce cracks under vinyl. 12. Subcontractor is responsible for providing a generator to complete work since there will not be any temp power onsite.
