• Provide a new 60 ton air cooled chiller that matches the capacity of the existing chiller. Factory start-up shall be included. • Removal and disposal of the existing chiller • Any required piping, valves, electrical, and insulation modifications shall be included. The electrical breaker will have to be swapped out. • Tie-In to the building BAS control system costs to be included, vendor will need to coordinate the controls tie-in with Automated Controls, contact Mark Fisher for controls tie-in pricing. Any big items to be hauled off by vendor. • Respondent to list an approximate lead time for chiller on the bid submittal. • Respondent shall provide the warranty information. • Contractor should assume that the existing chiller pad will be utilized. If the new chiller will not fit the existing pad, vendor to notify owner. Owner will coordinate the chiller pad installation separately, if necessary. • Performance and payment bond will be required. • Contractor to provide total costs. Respondent/Vendor to include all parts, materials, and labor required to complete the project. • Contractor to also provide breakdown of pricing if the owner purchases the chiller directly using tax exempt status – what would amounts be for the chiller to be purchased directly by owner.
