Specifications of Goods and Services - will include but not be limited to providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: a. The Contractor shall provide: 8’ chain link fencing including (3) single swing gates for 4’ opening with standard hardware, (1) manual roll gate for 8’ opening, (1) manual roll gate for 12’ opening, (1) manual roll gate for 13’ opening, (1) manual roll gate for 14’ opening, (1) operated V-track roll gate for 16’ opening. Manual roll gates to have front double wheel carrier and rear pipe track wheels that ride on 1 5/8” OD top and bottom rail. 2”, 9-gauge core chain link mesh. Core Drilling Included. b. The Contractor shall provide: 191 LF of 8’ tall Fortress V2, or comparable brand, 3-rail “Extended Picket” iron fence including (1) operated V-track roll gate for 16’ opening. 4” gate posts, 2 1/2” fence posts. c. The Contractor shall provide furnish and install (2) MPT 53C dual lane turnstile with light kit, (1) MPT 33C single lane turnstile with light kit. d. The Contractor shall provide: (2) Liftmaster HDSL24UL, or comparable brand, slide gate operators with photo eye, safety edge, vehicle detection loops, and chain drop. e. The Contractor shall provide approximately 585 LF of 12” w x 4”t concrete mow strip under iron & chain link fences; approximately 40 LF of standard width and depth concrete sidewalk.
