1. Execute strategic communicaons plan for the remaining six public hearings. Every hearing will require wring and distribung press releases, liaising with local, state, and naonal media outlets, and preparing and coordinang messaging going out on website, social media, print and electronic media including radio and television outlets. Each hearing’s materials must be distributed four weeks ahead of the hearing with the goal of raising awareness, generang community interest in the work of the MLTRC, and increasing community parcipaon in the MLTRC’s public hearings. 2. Implement public relaons strategies that brings posive aenon to the work of the MLTRC and invites engagement with the MLTRC through media interviews and profiles, as well as through our website and at public hearings.
