The Town will manage, oversee, and coordinate with the selected Contractor for each Division of Construction Work, and they will self-perform some of the construction work. A Contractor will be selected for each Division. Division 1: Splash Pad, including installation of equipment in the restroom building constructed under a separate construction contract. Division 2: Restroom Building, including coordination with the Splash Pad Contractor for equipment installation. Division 3: Ramada Structure, including furnishing and installing a 40’ hexagon fabric roof structure. Division 4: Water & Sewer, including installation of 2” water line, gate valve, 3/4" service line, blow-off, 4” & 6” sewer lines with cleanouts, septic tank and leach field, and RV site water & sewer hookups. Division 5: Electrical, including installation of meter pedestal, power control center, conduit with conductors, junction boxes, RV site electric hookup, and light poles with single and double head luminaires. Division 6: Pavement, including earthwork, removal and replacement of asphalt, removal of playground edging, playground surfacing, decorative rock mulch, ADA parking sign and markings, and concrete sidewalks, playground curbs, RV pad site, and masonry seat walls. Division 7: Chain Link Fencing, around basketball court, and including gate. By Town: Removal of pea gravel, removal and respreading of decomposed granite, connection to water main, installation of 2” meter and backflow preventer, furnishing and installation picnic tables, benches, and waste receptacles, and providing barricades and safety fencing of the construction site.
