An alternative product shall meet the following requirements: • A simple two-button operation, a minimum of 6 flashing modes and 3 light colors • A rugged design and be crush proof up to 3 tons • An IP68 rating and be capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees up to +60 degrees centigrade. • Capable of being fully charged in less than 12hrs and have a minimum runtime of 72 hours • A hinged carrying case that can be locked back on itself for easy deployment • Automatically power off once placed back into the carrying case • Automatically power on when removed from the carrying case
