1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, containers with lids, supplies and equipment for the collection, removal, packaging, loading, transportation and disposal of all biohazardous and medical waste disposal services on an as needed basis from the designated location to the final disposition by incineration for the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), Valley Division. A. Contractor shall provide the following licenses/permits: State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Motor Carrier Permit is required for motor vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is 10,001 pounds or more. Contractor shall ensure that its drivers are properly licensed with DMV with the Hazardous Materials Endorsement on the DMV driver’s license
