A. Mandatory Requirements 1) Must be able to offer POC results for ANC blood testing. 2) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant. 3) Must include all testing materials needed for the device, for the term of the contract. 4) CDCR/CCHCS must have immediate electronic availability of test results. 5) The device must be portable 6) Procurement must include training of CCHCS staff on utilization of the device. Initial training shall be provided to CCHCS staff at State regional offices or locations specified by contract manager or liaison. 7) Maintenance and software/application updates must be included. Maintenance shall be performed by the vendor at the Institutions listed in the Exhibit G, List of Participating Institutions. 8) Access to any applications/software programs and updates must be included. B. Desirable Requirements 1) Ability to integrate with the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS). 2) Ability to integrate with the electronic healthcare record. 3) POC testing availability for additional laboratory tests.
