2.1. The Contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials essential to provide scheduled maintenance (inspection, testing, and repairs) of Boilers to ensure reliable, effective, and safe operation. 2.2. The Contractor must conduct a thorough examination and perform any necessary repair, replacement, and/or installation of equipment components for the boilers. 2.3. The place of performance for the Boiler, Kettle, and Heater Maintenance and Repair Services locations are listed in Exhibit A. 2.4. Price and payment schedule: Contractor shall include rates for normal operating hours, after-hours, weekend and holiday hours. Work will be performed during normal working hours (M-F/7:30AM-2:00PM) unless otherwise agreed.
