The consultants must be able to provide a broad range of specialized information technology services to complete projects and tasks issued by the City of Rocklin by direct assignment of its own personnel, including, but not limited to senior-level engineers averaging 10 labor hours per week. Examples of projects and tasks for which the City may require assistance are listed below: • VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon and VMware Dynamic Environment Manager administration, support, patching and upgrades. • Server hardware support and replacements. • Windows server infrastructure administration and upgrades. • Active Directory and Group Policy administration and support. • Exchange Server administration, support, and upgrades. • SQL Server administration, support, and upgrades. • Network router and switch administration, support, firmware updates and upgrades. • Administration,support, and upgrades of various SUSE and Ubuntu Linux server virtual machines running a variety of applications. • Provide support for a wide variety of hardware and IT infrastructure management and monitoring solutions. • Firewall and security system administration, support, firmware updates, and hardware upgrades.
