1) Contractor must provide as-needed, HVAC, Boiler, Plumbing maintenance, and repair services for the North Texas State Hospital – Vernon. Contractor must furnish all labor tools, transportation, equipment materials and supplies as required to complete the service request. Contractor must be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable licenses, permits and insurance coverage. 2) Contractor must provide as-needed maintenance and repair services for boilers listed in Exhibit G – Equipment List. 3) Contractor must provide maintenance and repair as-needed services for all Backflow Preventers, Flow Switches, and Main Drains. The facility has 59 Backflow Preventers and 29 Main Drains. 4) All commercial boiler equipment and materials installed by the Contractor must match and be comparable with existing equipment and materials. Equipment and materials utilized by the Contractor must be of equal or better quality than existing equipment and materials. Submittals detailing materials specifications must be approved by the North Texas State Hospital Designated Representative.
