The Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) is requesting Bid Solicitations for repurposing an existing transformer, feeding power to a new lift station, and adding a new service at the Williamson County Tactical Training Facility. For more information, see the attached scope of work, drawings, and specifications. Services to Include: 1. Unhook electrical power going to current trailers and demo back to source. 2. Re purpose the transformer feeding trailer note #2 and install a 200a 120/240v 1 phase MB panel on a pipe/strut rack beside the transformer. Feeder between panel and transformer will be minimum 2" conduit with 3/0 conductors and #6 ground. 3. Feed power from #2 panel to new sewer lift station. Lift station will be within 50' of the new panel. a. 2---Liberty PRG101 M-2 submersible grinder pump 1 hp, 120-volt, 1 ph b. 1---Duplex control panel 1 hp, 120-volt, 1 ph with HWA light and horn c. 4---SM30NO float switches d. 1---4FBH-G1 stainless steel float bracket 4. Add a new PEC approved 320a 1 phase 120/240v service on a rack near the current service feeding trailer note #3. The service will be built in a similar manner to the existing gutter style service. 5. Run feeders from existing service and new service to the 2 trailer locations. See plans for trailer panel locations and over current protection device. Feeders will be minimum 2" conduit with #1 conductors and a #6 ground. 6. Install a surge suppression device on each of the services. 7. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating all work and fees with PEC for the new service.
