A. All work will be assigned will be assigned, directed and prioritized by the Building Manager. B. Primary responsibility is to perform maintenance of the building. Any work performed on equipment will be directed by the Building Manager and performed according to manufacturer’s recommendations. C. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspections to identify possible issues including but limited to: o Replacing plumbing fixtures o Replacing ceiling tiles o Replacing door closures o Replacing drywall o Patch and paint drywall o Power wash concrete wash walkways and stairs D. Assist with landscape maintenance, including removal of debri. and E. Assembly of chairs and other equipment F. Remove pallets G.
