Restroom 1 (central area of Park) Exterior o Remove existing doors and framework and install two (2) commercial grade fiberglass or aluminum exterior doors (for the entrance of the men’s restroom and entrance of the women’s restroom) including keypad entry system on each door and all hardware to secure and hang doors. o Remove existing doors and framework and install three (3) commercial grade fiberglass or aluminum exterior doors including all hardware to secure and hang doors for all other entrances of the building. o Remove and repair any rotted woodwork from gable; prepare and install decorative trim work and vinyl inlay; paint all trim and soffits to match decorative vinyl. o Remove and install new gutter downspouts. General Interior o Remove existing utility room door and framework and install one (1) commercial grade fiberglass or aluminum interior door with all hardware to secure and hang door. o Repair, prepare and paint walls, ceilings, and concrete block stall dividers with a commercial grade paint in both restrooms. o Prepare flooring surface and install new non-slip surfacing (or similar) flooring and stalls in both restrooms. Women’s Restroom o Remove existing stall partitions and doors and install new polymer (or similar) floor mounted partitions for five (5) bathroom stalls doors, four (4) that will be 56” and one (1) at 59 ½”. o Remove and replace all existing fixtures to include, but not limited to, sinks, soap dispensers, hand towel dispensers, hand dryers, toilets, ADA accessibility railings, heating elements, lighting, etc. o Install one (1) wall mounted changing table station.
