The Columbia County (County) Facilities Management Department is requesting sealed proposals from a qualified Consultant to analyze and recommend a new air handler unit (AHU) and chiller size for the existing two (2) 100-ton chillers at the Huber Center located at 711 East Cook Street in Portage, WI 53901, to address the current replacement of the chiller and AHU and evaluate the existing exhausting and air flow rates. As part of the evaluation, the consultant shall evaluate the chiller, and AHU selection to reduce utility cost and optimize any incentive programs that may be available for the project. The Consultant will be requested to review the HVAC system to select the best type of HVAC system and make a recommendation for the current use of the Huber Center Building
