The awarded supplier that meets all the following requirements is preferred. A proposer may submit a proposal that meets a subset of the list, but those items that are not met must be spelled out directly in any proposal. Additionally, a supplier may submit a proposal with multiple systems if needed to meet all requirements. Charging Type - The system must incorporate both Level 2 AC charging as well as fast DC charging options. If necessary the proposal may include separate AC and DC chargers to meet the requirements of providing both options. Power - The charger should have a targeted maximum power level of 350kW with an acceptable maximum power range of 150kW to 350kW. Multiple product / configuration options may be proposed in the quotation as there are different models that are in this range. Vehicle Type - The charger must be able to charge both light duty vehicles as well as heavy duty vehicles, such as a bus or HD truck.
