The University of Oregon, Prevention Science Institute (University), is issuing this RFQ for the procurement of web application customization services as described below. Family Check-Up (FCU) Online (FCU Online) is a custom website app tailored to a defined group of users, who are participating in a University research study. The web app is not public and not intended for general public use. The selected users participate in the FCU Online program, progressing in a tunneled and scheduled sequence that is tightly integrated with behavioral change text messages and telehealth-type coaching sessions. The research staff tracks a user’s engagement with the FCU Online program and delivers accompanying support for the user's practice and acquisition of new skills.
