General The Portland Bureau of Transportation (“PBOT”) requires periodic supply of metal street light poles (“Poles”) meeting the construction standards set forth in Exhibit B1 – City of Portland, Standard Construction Specifications, 2020, section(s) applicable to Metal Illumination and Traffic Signal Supports, Fasteners, and Exhibit B2 – Street Lighting Cobra-head Pole Details (“Material Specifications” or “Specs”). When such a need arises, PBOT will place a purchase order (“Distributed Purchase Order”, “DPO”, “Purchase Order”, “PO”, or “Order”) for Poles with Contractor and Contractor will supply those Poles as described in the Order.
