The School District of Greenville County hereinafter together referred to as "Owner" or “District”, seeks a vendor to provide Design-Build services for HVAC Replacement at Brushy Creek, Westcliffe Elementary, and Hillcrest Middle Schools, including both RTUs, VAVs, Controls and Fire Alarm in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. Design shall be in accordance with all current Codes. Westcliffe Scope • Preparation of all AIA contract Documents pertinent to the project, including acceptance of Greenville County Schools supplemental conditions • Design and Install 4 Outside Air Units • Design and Install 6 Roof Top Units • Design and Install All VAV boxes (estimated 41 boxes, majority are parallel fan powered) • Design and Install new Trane control system • Design and Install new Fire Alarm System • Design shall include outside air and load calculations • Coordinate all Design professionals • Coordinate OSF Reviews • Coordinate all Construction efforts, including phasing work in a way to get tab and commissioning started early in the summer to allow them time to complete these efforts during the summer • Coordinate all Inspection, Greenville county schools will provide 3 rd party inspector, Test and balance, and Commissioning • Provide protection for all parts of Greenville County schools property during the install • Install to be complete by July 26, 2026; Brushy Creek Scope • Preparation of all AIA contract Documents pertinent to the project, including acceptance of Greenville County Schools supplemental conditions • Design and Install 9 Roof Top Units, including gym and 2010 addition unit • Design and Install All VAV boxes (estimated 101 boxes, majority are shutoff boxes), including boxes from the 2010 addition • Design and Install 2 new VAV systems with Hot Water to replace 2 Trane CCP (Central Control Panel)/Varitrac systems • Design and Install new heating plant • Design and Install new Trane control system • Design and Install new Fire Alarm System...
