Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Oregon Department of Transportation intends to enter into a Price Agreement with AssetWorks LLC., a Delaware limited liability company. The purpose of the Price Agreement is to provide Professional services needed for enhanced maintenance and support of ODOT’s onprem Fleet Management Information System (“FIMS”) and additional AssetWorks Fleet and Fuel Software products. The Price Agreement is expected to begin September, 2024. The maximum Price Agreement work order assignment term will be for an estimated term of 10 years. The estimated not-to-exceed (“NTE”) compensation for all work order contracts issued under the Price Agreement is estimated to be $250,000. Agency reserves the right to increase the NTE based on Agency need and the availability of funds.
