Samples to be collected by Environmental Health staff and shipped to the Bidder via a sample courier service provided by the Bidder. Bidder must provide the appropriate water sample collection containers/bottles. A ten (10) day turn-around is expected from date of receipt of samples, unless rush services are requested. Lab results sent to Environmental Health shall be transmitted electronically and be compatible with the data management system for Environmental Health. Lab report formats must clearly display the quantification results against established primary and secondary standards. 1.3. The Bidder is expected to notify the customer of the lab results by mail, e-mail if available, and to e-mail a copy to Environmental Health. 1.4. Bidder must be Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certified by the California Water Board to conduct all water, soil and hazardous material samples. 1.5. Quantities of test required: (Approximate) Annual: a. 300 each Title 22 General Mineral, Inorganics b. 300 each DBCP Samples c. Other samples as required of soil and water
