Provide support with engineering and design services related to the construction of the CLARTS Roof Replacement and Solar Panel Installation Project (Project). The engineering and design support services include but are not limited to: request for information (RFI) review and response, review and approve submittals, review and process change orders (CO), modify original plans, add to original plans, acquire permits, cost estimate, project scheduling, and other technical support as needed. The following provides more details regarding the services required from the qualified consultant: Task 1: Project Coordination The Consultant shall participate in the following meetings with LASAN: ● Weekly meetings with City to discuss open RFI’s and submittals and go over project progress. Task 2: Construction Support Services The Consultant shall conduct site investigations as part of detailed data gathering efforts. These efforts include: ● Revise Shop Drawing and Submittals ● Provide responses to RFI’s ● Provide support for potential change orders related to the design and contractor’s cost estimate ● Attend onsite meetings related to submittals or RFI’s if requested by City Task 3: Design Services ● The Consultant shall revise plan drawings if any changes are needed.
