1. Removal of existing damaged HMA in basketball court per attached plan to an appropriate area and depth so as to allow for regrading and recompacting, maintaining existing grades. 2. Thoroughly clean cracks and install hot crack fill. 3. Thoroughly clean, power blow, and scrub asphalt with wire brooms. 4. Commercial grade slurry seal of parking lots and basketball court. 5. Restripe parking lots per existing layouts, including red curbs. Additional striping of ~5 new parking stalls along north side of Community Center, with no park area striped (per attached New Parking plan). 6. Restripe basketball court per existing layout. 7. Restripe of all ADA parking stalls per latest code requirements, within existing striping footprints. 8. Replacement of damaged parking bumper stops, as required.
