This project will include the environmentally sound removal and replacement of the air conditioning condensing unit and evaporator coils. The current system is Freon R-22. Selected Bidder will be responsible for: 1. Recover and remove all Freon and oils in system per EPA standards 2. Complete removal and proper disposal of condensing unit and evaporator coils 3. Install new York or approved equal 30 ton air cooled condenser 4. Install York or approved equal evaporator coils and expansion valves 5. Provide crane for removal and replacement of condensing unit. Coordinate Work to be done when the building is unoccupied. 6. Re-pipe, wire, pressure test and evacuate system to industry standards 7. Start, check, balance new system complete operation 8.
