The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Planning Department, is accepting bids for structure demolition, lot clean up, and debris removal. Bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide with the Specifications for Demolition of Structures found in the Bid Attachments. The following specifications describe the minimum requirements. Locations: Demolition of one (1) structure at 807 School Street (RPID 40326) Demolition of two (2) structures at 846 Park Avenue (RPID 55916). Please see the overhead map for RPID 55916 in the attachments tab. Structures and debris at RPID 55918 shall not be included at 846 Park Avenue. Lot Cleaning: The exterior of 846 Park Avenue shall be cleared of all trash, debris, grass, tree limbs, brush, or other unsightly articles. All grassy areas shall be cut to a height of 3" or less. All cultivated flower beds and/or hedges shall be preserved wherever possible. When not possible, flower beds and/or hedges and all borders shall be removed. All Formosa and other new-growth undesirable trees shall be removed from the property. All grasses and undesirable weeds shall be cut and trimmed along all fence lines, including vegetation growing in or on a fence.
