The Forsyth County School System is searching the market for more information on assessment platforms specifically designed for use in a school system and capable of integrating with our student information system (Infinite Campus) and learning management system (Canvas). The software must offer a comprehensive, affordable, and easy-to-use solution that can fulfill typical assessment platform needs and support teaching and learning. Typical assessment engine needs include online and offline (paper-pencil) assessments with the ability to use answer sheets that can be scanned, capable of sharing assessments among teachers, across a school and the district, alignment of standards to individual assessment questions, the use of item banks, ingesting assessment data from other sources, the availability of various reports (including test results, standard analysis, item analysis, historical reports, and reporting by sub-groups), and other interactive features that support teaching and learning. The application must be built on flexible and customizable technology that adapts and grows, as the school system’s needs change. The assessment platform must fully comply with industry standards to ensure information technology security, cybersecurity, and student data privacy.
