his bid is to remove and properly dispose of selected glass units (window frames are not slated to be replaced), furnish, deliver and install new window glass units as described in the scope and drawings provided in this bid document for Spokane County Public Works Building, located at 1026 West Broadway Ave. Spokane, WA 99260. Bid shall include tax, permit fees, prevailing wage and any other fees associated with the project scope. The list of windows as follows: East elevation 4 th floor SE corner, South Elevation all window glass (no doors or door glass to be replaced), West elevation all window glass other than storefront doors, storefront transom glass and storefront side light glass and where marked otherwise. Please note that the building will be occupied during the duration of the project, Spokane County will accommodate accessibility to the windows by moving furniture and will coordinate with county staff.
