2.5. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS: 2.5.1. The machines must be capable of producing a minimum of 1,000 bags per hour. 2.5.2. The machines must be capable of filling a variety of bag types, sizes, and materials, including supplies provided by the Army Corps. 2.5.3. The machines must have an adjustable fill weight. 2.5.4. The machines must have the ability to secure the bags. 2.5.5. The preferred machines should include inline sewing head and conveyor belt features with the ability to, at a minimum, secure up to 8,000 bags per spool. 2.5.6. The machines must be constructed with durable and high-quality material equivalent to Stainless Steel. 2.5.7. The machines should have an easy-to-use control panel that can display the machines’ current production speed (bags/hour). 2.5.8. The machines must be portable.
