Replace 17 existing 4-pipe blower coil units • Modify existing S/A and R/A ductwork, HVAC piping, and condensate drain, and connect to new blower coil unit. • Clean existing ductwork system and equipment. • Verify and test existing temperature controls. • Add new zone dehumidification control. • Modify existing electrical power and connect new equipment. • Test existing fire alarm unit smoke detection and include controls to automatically shutdown new air handling unit in each zone with same zone fire alarm annunciation. • New work for each blower coil to be sequenced in a phased approach. • Modify steel catwalk to install/access new units. b. Relocate BCU-14 c. Replace existing HVAC and smoke evacuation controls for 18 existing 4-pipe blower coils, with a new energy management system.
