1. Contractor shall Maintain Water Purification Systems at all listed locations with no disruption of service. Contractor must make every effort to avoid total system shutdown. All scheduled preventative maintenance work must be performed during normal business hours. (Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding holidays). If maintenance cannot be performed during normal working hours, the Parties shall mutually agree upon an acceptable off hour time (after 5:00 PM) to complete the work. 2. Contractor shall adhere to UConn Health schedule for annual work list. 3. Contractor shall respond to routine service calls and call back within twenty four (24) hours.
