The successful Proposer shall perform the following, if awarded: a. Actively participate as a member of the PEI Community Advisory Board (CAB) and attend all sessions. b. Participate in training and professional development opportunities related to its Maternal Mental Health service provider role. c. Recruit and serve Black and African American birthing people as follows: i. Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria: Identify as Black or African American; Are at least sixteen (16) years old; Pregnant (at any gestation); or Currently parenting a child under one (1) year of age. ii. Serve a minimum of forty (40) Black/African American birthing people using various recruitment methods. iii. Each client may be seen up to twenty-six (26) standard sessions, up to fifty-five (55) minutes per session, within twelve (12) months while eligible, subject to the maximum annual funding amount. iv. Make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact potential clients prior to closing a referral.
