Development of Initial Project Proposals (IPPs) and Final Project Proposals (FPPs) Create detailed Initial Project Proposals and Final Project Proposals for key projects identified in the Five-Year Plan, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and institutional goals. 2.3. Review of the District’s Space Inventory Conduct a thorough review of the current Space Inventory for the District, providing recommendations for adjustments and improvements to optimize space utilization. 2.4. Chancellor’s Office Reporting Requirements Prepare all necessary reporting documentation and submittal packages required by the Chancellor’s Office for state-funded projects, specifically the Physical Education Complex and the Technology and Health project. 2.5. Project Space Planning and Capacity Load Impact Analysis Conduct project space planning, scenario planning, and capacity load impact analysis for proposed projects, ensuring they meet both current and future educational needs.
