The Town of Truckee seeks an advanced construction management software solution that will meet its core requirements across the construction management process. The goal is to optimize planning, coordination, budgeting, communication, document tracking/filing, coordination between field staff and office staff, and overall project management efficiency. Through RFP #2024-17, Truckee seeks to achieve substantial gains in productivity, efficiency, and organization. The Town of Truckee currently relies on internal file sharing systems and Microsoft Office for construction management. This process poses significant challenges in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. The implementation of the advanced construction management software is expected to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall project outcomes by integrating various aspects of construction management into a single, cohesive system. The Town of Truckee desires a qualified vendor that can not only deliver an advanced construction management software solution, but also provide ongoing support and expertise to ensure the success of this critical initiative.
