The Division of Enrollment, Marketing and Student Success requests proposals from companies to provide a comprehensive platform to manage the student lifecycle from matriculation to graduation. We are looking for a turnkey software solution that is already being used by other higher education institutions. The CRM database must provide a variety of tools that can be customized through the user interface, or for highly personalized needs, through SQL and xml code. The CRM platform must include the ability to manage the activities, data and materials of various user types across the enterprise (students, academic advisors, other student success staff, faculty, and partners across all divisions). The CRM system must provide an appointment management system along with the ability to enter and view notes on students. The CRM must include a reporting feature and must provide detailed student profiles based on SIS data but integrating other platform data as well. We are searching for one comprehensive CRM system that does not require the state entity to purchase, acquire or install third-party applications, software, storage, or user licenses to provide the scope of work.
