Each Day of Service • Clean all common touch areas using EPA-listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures. • Empty wastebaskets, collect trash, and remove to designated areas. • Vacuum and maintain all carpets, entry mats, and runners. • Dry mop or sweep all non-carpeted floors including the kitchen/break room areas. • Spot clean walls, windows, glass doors, windowsills, appliances, and woodwork. • Remove any cobwebs or spider webs. • Wipe down tabletops, tops of filing cabinets, and counter spaces. • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet) including woodwork, partition walls tops, door casings, and window shades. Once a Month – 1 st week • Sweep and wash all non-carpeted floors at the beginning of the day. As Needed / As requested • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Contract Administrator and/or Facility Representative.
