In general, the work consists of: interior renovation of 1,200 square feet to of the lower-level commercial kitchen 41 and adjoining support spaces. Work scope includes demolition of interior partitions, flooring, concrete slab on grade, 42 and relocation of commercial kitchen equipment. The project to construct shaft for future 2-stop dumbwaiter, 43 granular fill under concrete slab on grade, concrete formed stairs, metal handrail, metal stud and drywall partitions, 44 casework, hollow metal doors and frames, and interior finishes. Interior finishes include acoustical ceiling, drywall 45 ceiling, paint, and flooring. Kitchen equipment to include the removal and reinstallation of the owner’s existing 46 equipment along with new equipment as noted on the plans to accommodate kitchen layout. Plumbing scope of 47 work includes demolition and installation of sanitary/vent piping, domestic water piping, gas piping to piping to 48 accommodate kitchen layout. A perimeter drain tile system with sump pump and stabilizing fill to be added at a 49 portion of the building exterior perimeter. Electrical scope of work includes demolition and installation of conduit, 50 wiring, devices, and light fixtures to accommodate kitchen layout back to existing.
