Contractor shall make available to unincorporated County residents the Soil Saver © compost bin (28”x 28” x 32”) and the Can-OWorms© vermicompost bin (20” x 20” x 25.6”) on an as-needed basis. The County may consider other compost and vermicompost bin types with similar dimensions. 2.2. County will pay voucher costs (See Exhibit 1 – Voucher Pricing) via a quarterly invoice only for those compost and vermicompost bins sold to unincorporated residents. The invoice will be due on the 15th of the month following the quarter end. The April-June invoice will be requested earlier to accommodate County fiscal deadlines. 2.3 Contractor is responsible for the delivery to and storage of the compost bins and vermicompost bins at their facility/warehouse. The store and County staff can work together to determine adequate compost bin inventory levels for this County voucher program. 2.4. Contractor shall provide electronic cashiering to accept cash or credit cards in-store. This includes the equipment to handle the transactions electronically and any necessary retail equipment to record and track the transactions, vouchers, and resident information.
