Primary Work - Parking Management Services (Must Self-Perform) Contractor shall, professionally and in accordance with this solicitation and industry standard best practices for urban commercial parking facilities: • Manage parking operations/functions; • Supervise parking personnel; • Manage parking special events; • Maintain parking equipment at the Facilities; • Provide parking consulting and advisory services. Secondary Work – Parking Lot / Parking Garage / Parking Ramp Sweeping & Cleaning (May Self-Perform or Subcontract) When requested, Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform seasonal (spring/fall) or as needed parking lot, parking garage, parking ramp sweeping & cleaning at county facilities included in this solicitation. At no time shall the contractor sweep, move, or blow debris to the edges of the parking facility, sidewalks, plantings, or sewer. Contractor shall be aware of and comply with any / all applicable local noise ordinances.
