The contractor will provide the following reporting action/items: • Reunification and Accountability Software for 35 Locations • Student Information Integration for 35 Locations • Be licensed by The “I Love U Guys” Foundation to incorporate the Standard Reunification Method and align with the various roles and responsibilities designated for reunification Track and record reunification events • Allow staff to capture the Guardian’s electronic signature during reunification Exit documentation and real-time reporting. • Automatic summary reports for all events with detailed history • Alert via text and/or email all other approved guardians once that student is reunified • Prefer integration into existing visitor and volunteer management platform so that visitor/volunteer data will be automatically included into the accountability pool of individuals at the affected site. Allow users to search for and account for the status and location of students and faculty in real-time, including accounted for, absent, missing, and injured statuses as well as custom statuses. • Provide dashboards indicating comprehensive summaries of student, staff, and others' status and locations
