The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has an ongoing need for maintenance/support, training courses, and customizations for existing licenses/systems and for acquisition of new licenses for their existing Bentley software products that are currently maintained and supported under contract C213009001. In addition, MoDOT also requires the purchase of OpenGround Cloud subscriptions once Bentley’s gINT Professional reaches end of life and Superload which was formerly purchased through a reseller that no longer has an agreement to resell Bentley software. The Bentley software and software support program is proprietary to Bentley Systems, Inc. As result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria of a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044; therefore, the State is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source.
