All measurement sizes listed are estimated- Contractor shall go onsite and take exact measurements providing a detailed report to the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative. Conduct measurements on all windows requiring repair and replacement to verify sizes. Exact field measurements required prior to service installation. Prep window frame for new window replacement. Remove existing broken window glass, seals, glazing or any related materials and safely dispose off-site. Contractor shall protect the work area. Contractor shall barricade the work area by utilizing orange cones and caution yellow caution tape. Removal and replacement of plywood from boarded damaged windows as needed. Remove broken glass and replace with new windowpane(s) and seal(s). Adjust window frame(s) as needed. Replace trim and casing. Contractor shall provide all equipment and tools including but not limited to scaffolding required for installation services. Install new window seals in and around the frame. Inspect, test and verify window glass and window seals are free from any leakage. Window Specifications Provide and install identical or comparable new matching dual pane tempered glass window and new seals. To be approved by the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative, upon installation. Contractor shall include the following window specifications: Replace Solexia or like laminated-Tempered Safety Glass with wiped edges and Etched Label. To be approved by the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative prior to ordering or installation. Replace Safety Glass with Swiped Edges and Etched Label as noted on Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List. Replace Anti-Graffiti Film with 6 mil, Clear Anti-Graffiti Film for windows listed as identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List. Replace Specialty Etched Glass, Lower Glass Panel with Frost Art Deco Design, located on 3rd Street. To be approved by the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative prior to ordering or installation. The FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative reserves the right to increase or decrease preventive maintenance services, or to decrease the scheduled number of services, should equipment be added or old equipment become obsolete. Preventive Maintenance shall be paid by the State at the Contractor's rates specified in Exhibit B, Attachment 1, Cost Sheet, Table 1.
