2.1 General Information A. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment and services required to perform tree and stump removal service as requested by King County at various locations throughout King County. The Contractor shall be capable of providing the following tree and stump removal services: 1. The ability to remove trees that are overhanging power lines, microwave towers, transmission lines, houses, bridges and roadways. 2. Remove any size tree section-by-section lowering each section to the ground by rope without felling the tree. 3. Provide service in limited access work locations where heavy machinery may not be able to reach the job site. 4.Complete all work within the specified timeframe set forth by King County. B. The County intends to award Primary and Secondary contracts to the lowest responsive, responsible bidders for Pricing Schedules 1 and 2
