The Division of Human Resource Management is excited to engage with a Total Rewards HR Consultant to obtain recommendations for improvement in the broad areas of total rewards philosophies, processes, and policies. The scope of this project will include: compensation, classification, benefits and culture (values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors toward organizational change). The Consultant will help us to answer this question: How can the state move beyond established practices and employ more modern strategies to strengthen attraction and retention? While the Consultant will need to engage in some salary, classification and benefit analysis, the primary function of the Consultant is to recommend strategies for process improvement, tools, and methods to address the pressing compensation, benefit, and culture needs of our employees.
