The Contractor shall be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of all feminine hygiene units and sharps disposal containers at the locations listed below on the 1st and 15th of each month. The Contractor shall remove each unit from each ladies’ restrooms within the identified facilities and ensure that each unit is replaced with a clean, sanitized unit on each scheduled service visit. The Contractor shall acknowledge and respond to all service requests as scheduled. When immediate Will-Call service is required, service response must be completed within 24 hours of notification.
