I. Offices, Conference & Break Rooms, and hallways: Empty waste baskets Clean & sanitize if needed X Wash waste baskets X Clean & sanitize telephones X Open overhead light fixtures and clean inside of lens covers X Clean & sanitize drinking fountains. Clean entire desks & tabletops (if cleared) in break room and file room & counter tops in break room X Clean & polish furniture: Desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, etc. X Clean exterior windows outside & inside X Dust all other horizontal surfaces to 70" height including sills, ledges, molding, shelves, picture frames, ducts, radiators, etc. X Replace light bulbs from state supply. II. Washrooms: Clean, polish & sanitize all fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, hand basins, etc. X Clean & sanitize all flush rings, drain & over-flow outlets X Flush toilet bowls & urinals with “Bowl Cleanser” or similar product X Clean & polish all chrome fittings X Open overhead light fixtures and clean inside of lens covers X Clean & sanitize toilet seats. Empty all containers & disposals; insert liners as needed X Wash & sanitize interior & exterior of all containers X Clean pipes under basin X Remove spots, stains, & marks to a height of 70" on walls X Dust all horizontal surfaces-sills, ducts, heating outlets X Spot clean partitions X Wash & sanitize partitions X Remove spots, stains, splashes from doors, frames, light switches, kick & push plates, handles, railings, etc. X Refill dispensers to normal limits: napkin, soap, toilet tissue, etc. III. Floors: Dust mop or sweep & sanitize bathroom X Damp mop X Scrub to remove scuff & heel marks, spray buff X Refinish to maintain adequate protective covering X Strip, clean, refinish & machine polish. X Clean & dust baseboards X Spot clean carpet where required, vacuum & use chemical cleaner where required X Area steam clean where required to remove soil, grease & stains
