The South Carolina Office of Resilience (SCOR) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified, consultant(s) to complete HUD compliant Tiered Environmental Reviews for the following counties affected by Hurricane Helene in South Carolina: Oconee County, Anderson County, Abbeville County, McCormick County, Edgefield County, and Aiken County. Environmental reviews for the above referenced counties as needed for disaster recovery and mitigation efforts resulting from Hurricane Helene. The State intends to use S.C. Disaster Relief and Resilience Funds and/or U.S Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant funds for projects related to damages associated with the Hurricane Helene disaster
