Vendor shall perform removal and replacement of one (1) walk-in cooler door and one (1) walk-in freezer door, including of current cooler and freezer doors and replace them with new doors. Vendor shall be qualified to perform work on commercial refrigeration equipment. Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and tools/equipment necessary to perform the work. All parts and materials shall be compatible with the existing equipment at the facility and must be of original manufacture or an approved equal. Electric connection(s) shall be left accessible after installation but will be connected to facility electrical box(es) by facility electrician(s). Vendor shall ensure work area is clear of debris and garbage when the work is completed. Vendor shall perform any and add necessary inspection(s), calibration(s), and test(s) to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly. Doors shall meet at a minimum the below specifications: Walk-in cooler door: Approximately 6’ wide by 6’6” tall by 4” thick. Minimum of 3 heavy-duty hinges. Heavy-duty handle capable of being padlocked with interior push release. 4’ diamond plate protection plate. 110V heated and magnetic door seals. Finished stainless steel casing and trim on all sides, as needed. Threshold repair(s)/replacement(s) and extension(s) as needed for door to properly seal the conditioned area to the new doorway and to sustain consistent traffic of up to 4,000 pounds. East walk-in freezer door: Approximately 6’ wide by 6’6” tall by 4” thick. Minimum of 3 heavy-duty hinges. Heavy-duty handle capable of being padlocked with interior push release. 4’ diamond plate protection plate. 110V heated and magnetic door seals. Finished stainless steel casing and trim on all sides, as needed. New entrance ramp and threshold repair(s)/replacement(s) and extension(s) as needed for door to properly seal the conditioned area to the new doorway and to sustain consistent traffic of up to 4,000 pounds. Vendor must carry property damage and public liability insurance. An insurance certificate shall be provided at the time of contract execution and before any work begins.
