The City is seeking the services of a full-service design firm who will be responsible to prepare a PS&E package to replace the existing 100,000 gallon Reservoir with a 250,000 gallon steel ground-level potable water reservoir; including providing a temporary tank, grading, reservoir foundation, site drainage, retaining structures, electrical system, disinfection plan, landscape screening, and all appurtenant equipment and connective piping for a fully functioning new reservoir. The selected consultant team will also need to provide a geotechnical study, prepare and file environmental CEQA documentation, and mitigation measure if required. Additionally, the consultant shall coordinate and submit applications with all regulating agencies for the purpose of permitting the project. The scope of professional services to be provided shall include the completion of all tasks to deliver the design documents on schedule, as well as other elements or modifications which may be suggested by consultants presenting proposals to better meet the needs of the City of Morgan Hill. A more detailed scope of services is attached as Exhibit “A”. All services shall be provided in accordance with the City’s Standard Consultant Agreement attached as Exhibit “C.” The design firm will report to the City’s project manager (project manager) throughout the duration of the project.
