The Bidder, as a company or business, shall have five (5) consecutive years of experience providing plumbing services which includes new installation, Preventative Maintenance, and plumbing repair services. Experience of individual personnel in the Company or business shall not count towards meeting the required five (5) years of experience for the Contractor as a Company or business. As proof of meeting this requirement, the Bidder shall provide three (3) references from the past five (5) years who are able to attest to the experience of the Bidder’s company or business, in providing the plumbing services identified in this IFB. The references shall be provided on the Vendor Questionnaire and Reference Form identified in Section 1.1.4 below. Also, the Bidder is to provide with its Bid a copy of their State of Maryland Contractors License.
