These services are anticipated to include projects of different scales supporting new or existing buildings and site work at on-campus or potentially off-campus properties. Each consultant selected will perform work under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the University, with authorizations for specific assignments from Capital Programs, Facilities Management, Housing, and Asset Management necessary over the term of the agreement, which may be up to three years with an option to extend for an additional three-year term. The scope of services will vary according to the specific requirements of each assigned task, with appropriate fees negotiated under UCLA policy at the time of each authorization.
